Boot possible grace a rEFInd

Debian Jessie vient de sortir et supporte nativement le boot EFI.

Il suffit donc d'ajouter le firwmare B43 et d'installer le driver Nvidia pour que la machine soit utilisable.

FIXME : avec le driver nvidia, les TTY ont disparu. Apparement, c'est un problème classique... A priori, sur cette machine je devrais m'en passer.
